QHow much is the franchise expense?
AThe company contracts with the franchisee for three years and charges RMB 45,000 yuan as brand promotion expenses, and the validity for brand use is 3 years.

QWhy a cash deposit of RMB 200,000 yuan is charged?
AThe cash deposit is for commodity demand of the store and for guarantee of assets and goods, under the policy of goods delivery before payment.

QHow is the cash deposit returned?
AIf the franchisee determines not to renew a contract upon the expiration of contract, cash deposit can be returned after all related procedures required by the contract are fulfilled.

QIn the event of demolition by the government, will the company give subsidy?
ADemolition by the government belongs to force majeure, which should be considered during the stage of store address selection. For demolition case during the execution of contract, it is deemed as business risk which cannot be compensated by the company, neither is there any subsidy.

QCompetent clients want to open more than one store in an open region, and is that permissible and what about the franchise expense?
AYes, it is permissible, but it depends on the company’s final plan. We will charge franchise expense for each store.

QIs assignment of the store permissible during the execution of contract?
AYes, it is permissible only after the approval by the company.

QHow long will it take from decoration agreement to opening?
AGenerally 15 days.

QCan I buy goods directly from the company without franchise?
ANo, you can’t. The current offline store by BESTORE only has direct-sale store and franchise store.

QCan I apply franchise if there has been a franchise store?
AThe company deploys annual plan strategy (particular strategy for different markets) and implements single-store franchise mode. Franchise store is permissible as long as it meets the planned location requirements of the company.

QIs there any difference between franchise store and direct-sale store?
AFranchise store is authorized by the company to franchisee for operation, and direct-sale store is operated by the company. These two types have the same operation mode.

QIs there any discount for internal staff who want to apply franchise? (In terms of franchise expense and goods price etc.)
AAll franchisees shall comply with the company’s standards, so there is no discount for such staff.

QHow to choose proper store address?
AAvoid any risk: contract term, demolition, analysis on pedestrian volume & customer; evaluation on future development.

QIs there any protection for the region where my store locates?
AFranchisee is our strategic partner whose interest shall be protected by the company. For the developing region, the company has made strategic schedule as per the market, and that is why the company would send development commissioner to make field assessment for franchise.

QWhy not open stores in unexploited areas which can take advantage of social force to accelerate the development of the company?
AThe unexploited areas can only be developed when there is sufficient and comprehensive investigation and assessment. No enter would be made for the market if it is still early.

QIn spite of delivery by integrity, what about asset loss in the store or goods missing by theft?
AAll cooperation should be built on the basis of mutual trust, thus realizing win-win. The company has standard procedures to avoid such risks, and in case of any risks, coordination and settlement come first. For failure to do so, confirmation of responsibility by police can be applied for.

QIs there any support from the company during the opening of the new store?
ADuring the opening, a regional manager with a professional team would come to provide support.

QWhat about goods transportation? Is it in time? Are the goods complete?
AThe company owns 2000 kinds of products now with a variety of category. The products are fresh with high quality. Each store can make order or replenishment autonomously, with the support of the automatic logistic warehouse for a high-efficient delivery. And all demands from stores can be fulfilled fast.
